Oscar Bobb

Oscar Bobb is a 22-year-old Oslo-born winger who serves as a creative attacking option (squad number 23) for Norway at their first World Cup since 1998. A Manchester City academy product, his promising breakout was derailed when he fractured his leg in City's pre-season training in August 2024; he then left City for Fulham in January 2026 in a five-and-a-half-year deal worth around £27m. Left-footed and at his best cutting inside from the right, Bobb has struggled for minutes at Fulham, and VG noted he faces a selection puzzle in Solbakken's loaded attack — though after teeing up Martin Ødegaard in a warm-up against Morocco he was mobbed with a teammate "bamseklem" (bear hug) for his creative spark.
